  • about 3 c. ground up leftover roast
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Combine roast and 1 beaten egg.

    Press lightly in greased pie plate to form a crust.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Add celery and onion and place in the crust.

    Mix together 3 beaten eggs and Bisquick.

    Blend in milk and stir until smooth and pour over the vegetables; bake at 375° until vegetables are tender.
