- about 3 c. ground up leftover roast
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Combine roast and 1 beaten egg.

2Press lightly in greased pie plate to form a crust.

3Sprinkle with cheese.

4Add celery and onion and place in the crust.

5Mix together 3 beaten eggs and Bisquick.

6Blend in milk and stir until smooth and pour over the vegetables; bake at 375° until vegetables are tender.

7Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
