- 2 lb. frozen shredded hash browns
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. grated Colby or cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

3Combine soup, butter, salt, pepper, onion and cheese.

4Gently mix in the hash browns (still frozen) and pour into pan.

5Bake for 35- 40 minutes,

6or until browned and bubbling around the edges.
