  • 1 pkg. chopped dates
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. finely grated coconut

Directions

    Put eggs (well beaten), dates, sugar and salt in a frying pan. Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until thick enough to hold together. Remove from heat.

    Add Rice Krispies, vanilla and nuts. Cool. Roll into balls and roll in finely grated coconut.
