- 1 pkg. chopped dates
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. finely grated coconut
Directions

1Put eggs (well beaten), dates, sugar and salt in a frying pan. Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until thick enough to hold together. Remove from heat.

2Add Rice Krispies, vanilla and nuts. Cool. Roll into balls and roll in finely grated coconut.
