  • 1 1/2 lb hashbrowns thawed
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup onion- chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine

    preheat oven to 350

    spread hashbrowns in 9x13 greased pan.

    mix soup, 1/2 c. margarine, onions, sour cream, pour over potatoes.

    crush cornflakes and grated cheese, and spreed over potatoes.

    pour 1/4 c. margarine over all.

    bake for 45 min in 350 oven
