- 2 lb hamburger
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 10 1/2 oz cream of chicken
- 10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom
- 8 oz blanco velveta block sliced
- 28 oz o'brien hashbrown potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Brown hamburger meat, add onion and saute until onions are soft.

3Mix in soups and heat through.

4Pour into a 13x9 glass baking dish.

5Lay slices of blanco cheese over meat mixture to cover.

6Layer hashbrowns on top.

7Bake for about 45 minutes.

8Sprinkle shredded monterrey jack over top and heat till melted.
