Hashbrown Hamburger Casserole

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 10 1/2 oz cream of chicken
  • 10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom
  • 8 oz blanco velveta block sliced
  • 28 oz o'brien hashbrown potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Brown hamburger meat, add onion and saute until onions are soft.

    Mix in soups and heat through.

    Pour into a 13x9 glass baking dish.

    Lay slices of blanco cheese over meat mixture to cover.

    Layer hashbrowns on top.

    Bake for about 45 minutes.

    Sprinkle shredded monterrey jack over top and heat till melted.
