  • 1 spinach, frozen drained
  • 1 shallots , diced
  • 2 clove garlic, minced

    Pre heat oven 375.

    Grease a bacon dish.

    Cut slits in chicken breast.

    About ever 1 inch or so.

    Saute diced shallot and garlic.

    Stuff some cheese in the slits.

    Mix shallots and spinach together.

    Salt pepper to taste.Then add spinach

    Top with bacon crumbs and parmesan cheese.

    Add in oven and cook for 35 to 40 minutes.
