  • 1 cup apricot nector
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 10 oz jar apricot jam -used as filling between cake layers
  • FROSTING INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 - 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
