  • 1 box yellow cake mix (pudding in the mix)
  • 1 (5 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 box cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. flaked coconut
  • 2 (8 oz.) bowls Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 can maraschino cherries
  • 2 c. milk

    Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in a 15 x 17-inch cake pan or cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Let cool.

    Mix pudding and cream cheese with 2 cups milk until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.

    Let chill until firm.

    Spread 2 cans of crushed pineapple on top of cream cheese mix.

    Cover with Cool Whip, then coconut, cherries and nuts.

    Keep chilled until ready to serve.
