- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste
- cheese (your choice)
Directions

1Cook cabbage and drain.

2Brown meat, onion and pepper; drain. Add the 4 spices.

3Add rice and tomatoes; simmer.

4Layer cabbage, ground beef mixture and cheese.

5Make 2 layers.

6Bake at 350° to 375° until bubbly and cheese melts.

7Will feed 25 people (1/2 cup each).
