- 2 c. broccoli (fresh, or 1 box frozen)
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple (chunks or crushed) and juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- chow mein noodles
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar (if desired)
Directions

1Steam or stir-fry broccoli.

2Make a sauce of water, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and seasonings and add pineapple, chicken and broccoli.

3Heat and serve over chow mein noodles or cooked rice.
