- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small bottle Russian salad dressing
- 1 small jar apricot jam/preserves
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet; add chopped onion and chicken breasts.

2Brown on both sides of chicken.

3Mix dressing, jam and onion soup mix together.

4Pour over chicken breasts and cook until tender (approximately 20 to 25 minutes).

5Serve with steamed rice and broccoli flowerets also steamed.
