- 2 to 3 lb. chicken (legs, thighs and breasts)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drain (reserve juice)
Directions

1Place chicken in a baking dish.

2Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

3Meanwhile, drain pineapple.

4Combine reserved juice, barbecue sauce and honey.

5Pour over chicken and bake an additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally.

6Arrange pineapple over chicken; bake 10 minutes longer.

7(Fat can be drained off chicken before adding sauce.)

8Serve chicken over steamed rice.
