  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 2 c. carrot sticks
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. green pepper strips
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 1/4 c. instant rice
