- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
- 1 (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dried onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- hot sauce to taste
- rice
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
