Hawaiian Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Crab meat (finely chopped)
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple (8 ounces, drained)
  • 1 stick Celery (finally diced)
  • 1/4 cup Onions (finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Creme de coco
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Directions

    Mix Dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.

    Before serving stir crab salad well and transfer to a serving bowl.

    Serve with your favorite crackers.
