  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 3 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (small)
  • 4 c. cold milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple
  • 2 c. heavy cream, whipped and sweetened
  • 2 c. flaked coconut, toasted

Directions

    Pour into 2 greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking pans.
