- 8 oz. medium noodles
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 stick margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well. Melt margarine.

2Beat eggs.

3Add melted margarine, sugar and baking powder; mix well.

4Add coconut, pineapple and vanilla; mix until well blended.

5Add noodles and mix well.

6Pour into an 8-inch square pan and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
