- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. mashed bananas
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside.

2Combine remaining ingredients.

3Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened.

4Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.

5Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes.

6Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Serve cold with ice cream or toasted with butter.
