  • 1 can pineapple (medium size)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 3 bananas, sliced

    Cook the pineapple, sugar and flour until it thickens.

    Cool, then add the coconut and pecans.

    Divide the bananas into the pie shells.
