- 2 graham cracker pie crusts
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
- 1 (10 oz.) container Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix sugar and flour; add pineapple and juice.

2Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil.

3Let cool.

4Slice bananas and arrange in pie crust.

5Add nuts and pineapple mixture.

6Top with Cool Whip and coconut which have been mixed together.

7Can be placed in refrigerator overnight and topped with Cool Whip and coconut the next day.
