- 1/2 None Chinese barbecue duck, finely shredded
- 4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp hoisin sauce + extra, to serve
- 1 tsp ginger, finely grated
- 20 None wonton wrappers
- None None vegetable oil, for deep-frying
Directions

1Combine duck, spring onions, hoisin sauce and ginger. Distribute between wonton wrappers. Brush edges lightly with water and roll up to enclose filling.

2Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Working in batches, deep-fry wontons for 2-3 mins, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with hoisin sauce.
