- 1 lb. mild or hot pork sausage
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 pkg. dry Lipton noodle soup with chicken broth
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 5 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. blanched almonds (optional)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. celery, chopped
Directions

1Fry sausage and drain. Add pepper, onion, celery and other ingredients.

2Mix well.

3Bake in shallow pan at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes, uncovered. Freezes well before baking.

4Serves 12 to 14.
