  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 small can crushed drained pineapple
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 small container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice (concentrated)
  • maraschino cherries

    Mix milk, sugar and lemon juice together.

    Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

    Slice bananas in circle on top of first layer.

    Spread drained pineapple next.

    Spread coconut over pineapple.

    Spread Cool Whip next.

    Spread nuts next.

    Add maraschino cherries on top.

    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
