Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean turkey, ground
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, drained
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- dash of ground ginger
- brown rice, cooked (optional)
Directions

1Combine turkey, onion, green pepper and salt; mix well.

2Shape into 24 balls.

3Heat oil in a large frying pan.

4Brown turkey balls over medium heat.

5Drain any fat.

6Add soup, water, pineapple, soy sauce and ginger.

7Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8Serve over hot rice.
