Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean turkey, ground
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, drained
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • dash of ground ginger
  • brown rice, cooked (optional)

Directions

    Combine turkey, onion, green pepper and salt; mix well.

    Shape into 24 balls.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan.

    Brown turkey balls over medium heat.

    Drain any fat.

    Add soup, water, pineapple, soy sauce and ginger.

    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serve over hot rice.
