  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
  • 2 tsp. salad oil
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein Chinese noodles (2 c.)
  • 1 can small salted peanuts

Directions

    In top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water, melt butterscotch morsels.

    Stir in salad oil.
  3. 3
    In a large bowl, mix chow mein noodles and peanuts.

    Pour on butterscotch and mix thoroughly with a fork.

    Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper on greased cookie sheet.
