  • 1 cup Rice, Cooked According To Package Instructions
  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 3/4 cups Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • Seasoned Salt, Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1- 1/2 cup Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 pounds Processed American Cheese, Cubed
  • 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Stuffed Olived, Drained, Diced
  • Tortilla Chips

    Put the crushed crackers on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain grease.

    Add tomato juice, water, and seasonings, simmer for 15-20 minutes.
