- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick Parkay margarine
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 stack saltines
- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Bring to a boil sugar, margarine and evaporated milk.

2Boil 1 minute.

3Remove from heat.

4Add peanut butter and blend quickly. Crush saltines and chop pecans in large mixing bowl.

5Stir in mixture quickly and put on wax paper, one tablespoon and let cool.
