  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts, grated
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

    Stir in egg yolk. Fold in sugar, hazelnuts and stiffly beaten egg white.
