- 1 lb. hazelnuts (equals 2 c. nut meats put through food chopper, fine)
- 1 lb. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream butter or margarine and sugar.

2Stir in nuts, flour and salt.

3Roll in small balls and flatten slightly.

4Bake 25 minutes in a 325° oven.

5Take from cookie sheet while hot and roll in granulated sugar.

6Makes 10 dozen.
