- 1 (6 lb.) boneless beef rib roast
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. light molasses
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Marinate roast in plastic bag with remaining ingredients overnight in refrigerator.

2Save marinade and place roast, fat side up, in shallow roasting pan.

3Season with salt and pepper. Insert meat thermometer and roast until desired results.

4Baste several times during roasting.

5Remove roast from oven and carve thinly across the grain.
