- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup white corn syrup
- 1 cup whole shelled hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 cup melted white chocolate, for drizzling
- 12 cup melted milk chocolate, for drizzling
Directions

1In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, stir together sugar and syrup.

2Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.

3Stir in the hazelnuts and microwave on HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes.

4Add butter and vanilla, blending well.

5Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes.

6Pour mixture onto a lightly buttered warm cookie sheet.

7Let cool for 1/2 to 1 hour.

8Break into small pieces and drizzle with white and milk chocolate.

9Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
