  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 3 c. bran flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Mix ingredients.

    Add well beaten egg, milk and molasses and then oil.

    Bake in slow oven in bread loaf mold for about 45 minutes.
