- 3 c. unbleached flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. soft bananas, mashed
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a bowl, sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.

3In a second bowl, place all the other ingredients.

4Add the flour mixture to bowl 2 and beat until well mixed.

5Batter will be lumpy.

6Place in tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

7Do not open oven.

8When cooled, remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
