- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. dates
- 2 c. cooked diced carrots and water
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Simmer all fruit and vegetables for approximately 15 minutes. Combine 1 cup water from vegetables and fruit with starch, spices, sugar and egg whites.

2Add to vegetables and fruit.

3Continue simmering and stirring until thickened.
