- 1 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 slightly beaten egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine dates and raisins.
