  • 3/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. oil (slowly)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. turmeric or paprika
  • 1/4 c. soy flour
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic cloves, chopped

Directions

    Blend lemon juice, salt, turmeric and soy flour.

    Pour into saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.

    Cool.

    Return to blender and add, while whizzing garlic and oil.

    Chill.
