- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil (slowly)
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. turmeric or paprika
- 1/4 c. soy flour
- 2 Tbsp. garlic cloves, chopped
Directions

1Blend lemon juice, salt, turmeric and soy flour.

2Pour into saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.

3Cool.

4Return to blender and add, while whizzing garlic and oil.

5Chill.
