- 6 c. sliced apples
- 1/2 c. cooked rolled oats
- 1/2 c. frozen apple concentrate
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1/3 c. crunchy cereal (i.e., Grape-Nuts)
Directions

1Layer oats in bottom of 8-inch square nonstick pan.

2Add apple slices.

3Combine apple juice, cinnamon and cloves; pour over apples and oats.

4Sprinkle raisins on top.

5Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Remove foil; cover with crunchy cereal and bake an additional 10 minutes.
