  • 6 c. sliced apples
  • 1/2 c. cooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. frozen apple concentrate
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 1/3 c. crunchy cereal (i.e., Grape-Nuts)

Directions

    Layer oats in bottom of 8-inch square nonstick pan.

    Add apple slices.

    Combine apple juice, cinnamon and cloves; pour over apples and oats.

    Sprinkle raisins on top.

    Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Remove foil; cover with crunchy cereal and bake an additional 10 minutes.
