  • 1/3 cup tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 2 cups slices cubed fresh pineapple
  • 3 slice bananas
  • 2 cups slice blueberries
  • 2 slice strawberries, hulled and sliced

    brown sugar, orange zest, and lemon zest to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla extract. Set aside to cool.

    Layer the fruit in a sizable, crystal clear glass bowl in this particular order: blueberry, strawberries, kiwi fruit, fruits, oranges, grapes, and blueberries. Put the cooled dressing over the fruit. Cover as well as refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours just before serving.
