  • 3 apples grated
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup ground walnuts hazelnuts, sunflower
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 1 juice lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    Stir flour with baking powder, oat flakes and ground walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower.

    Add mineral water, oil, sugar .. mix and finally add the remaining ingredients, combine all and pour into greased pan diameter 32 cm.

    Bake 50 minutes at 200 degrees.

    Cool and then cut as desired.
