- 2 1/8 cups dessicated coconut
- 1 pinch salt

1Beat the egg whites till nice and fluffy

3Now gently fold in giant spoonfuls of coconut till all the coconut is used up

4Drop spoonfuls of meringue mix on lined baking trays
