  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 apples, cut into small chunks
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. walnuts
  • 1/4 c. unsalted peanuts
  • 1 1/2 c. apple cider

Directions
