  • 3 bananas (very ripened)
  • 25 dates, chopped fine
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 12 halves apricots, chopped fine
  • 2 c. regular oats

Directions

    Smash bananas; mix all ingredients together.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes at 350°.

    Put rack up 2nd from the top.

    Cookies can easily get overcooked.
