  • 1/2 cup Frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Egg whites
  • 1/4 cup Onions
  • 1/4 tbsp Salsa
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

    Begin with cutting all your veggies up.

    Heat up your pan with some olive oil.

    Once heated and veggies are cut, put them into the pan and sauteed them until they are all soft.

    Then add the egg whites and cook until they are done.

    Add any kind of salsa you enjoy to the top of your meal and enjoy!
