  • 1 c. reduced cholesterol eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped scallions (green onions)
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch deep dish)

Directions

    In a bowl combine all ingredients.

    Pour into an unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust.

    Bake at 475° for 15 minutes; lower heat to 325° and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
