Healthy "Fried" Bananas

- 1 banana medium size very ripe
- 1/4 cup Bran Flakes Cereal
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Directions

1Preheat a small skillet over medium heat.

2Grind cereal in a food processor or blender to make fine crumbs and then pour into small bowl.

3Slice banana in half width wise and then again length wise to make 4 pieces.

4Roll each slice of banana in the cereal making sure to coat each side. Press the cereal lightly into the banana to ensure it sticks.

5Place the banana slices in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Flip over and cook another two minutes on the other side.

6Remove from skillet and top with vanilla ice cream.
