Ingredients

  • 24 ounces water
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 1 green tea bag or loose Green Tea in infuser
  • 5 mint leaves diced
  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced

Directions

    Place water and tea into the fridge for a cold brew, perfect if done before going to bed. Cold brew for 6-10hrs. If you are in need of a quick fix chill for at least 30min.

    After the water and tea have cold brewed in the fridge, remove the tea and add the mint and lime. If desired you can also add 1/2 of a cucumber thinly sliced.

    Chill for another 30min.
