- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2It depends on the thickness of your hamburger patties as to how long they will cook.

3Put Worcestershire Sauce on patties to taste.

4Sprinkle on pepper and seasoning salt.

5Experiment and try some Cajun seasoning salt on your patty.

7Put mushrooms on.

8I cook mine 5-7 minutes on each side.

9Just enough to warm them up and get grill marks on them.

10After you have patties almost ready, put ur slice of chees on pattiee (it's ok, you not eating the hamburger bun.

11To spice it up some more, use Pepper Jack sliced cheese.

12After chees had melted, remove patties and mushrooms.

13Place mushroom on top of patty (with or without bun) and enjoy.
