  • 1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 200 g plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • paprika

Directions

    Combine chick peas and half of the yoghurt in a food processor or blender with the garlic.

    Blend.

    Add more yoghurt and blend in lemon until the dip is a smooth consistency.
