  • 1-1/2 cup Mango Pulp (or Mango Nectar If Pulp Is Unavailable)
  • 1/2 cups Nontfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cups Light Soy Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoons Rose Water (optional)

Directions

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Optional/additonal ingredients: bananas, pineapple or other fruit; chia seeds; Splenda or sugar if the pulp/nectar is not sweet enough.
