- 1 plantain
- 2 tbsp Sofrito
- 3 slice Roma tomato
- 3 slice Thin sliced steak
Directions

1Slice the plantain in half.

2Fry for about 2 minutes on each side.

3Take out, flatten making sure to keep the plantain intact.

4Return to the oil and fry until golden, season with salt and set aside.

5Rub the sofrito all over the steak, season with badida or your favorite Hispanic seasoning salt and cook in a skillet or griddle until done.

6Spread Mexican mayo on the plantain like you would a piece of bread.

7Place the meat evenly, and assemble the veggies.

8Serve and enjoy!

9I get my thin cut steak from the Mexican store in my area.

10If you don't have one in your area you could always go to your local butcher and ask them to show it for you.
